Why there is no single price list

In aesthetic surgery the cost of the same procedure varies from patient to patient; that is not vagueness, it is the nature of the work. In rhinoplasty, nasal structure and whether you have had previous surgery change the technique. In liposuction, the volume to be aspirated and the number of zones determine anaesthesia time. In breast augmentation, implant brand and placement plan affect cost directly. A figure quoted without examination either does not apply to your case or will change later.

Package price

All-inclusive packages start from €4,500.

Included: surgery, anaesthesia, hospital, materials and implants, accommodation, accommodation for a companion, airport transfers, follow-up visits, medication and compression garment.

Not included: flights.

The six factors that drive cost

First, technique: open or closed, whether piezo is used, whether procedures are combined. Second, total anaesthesia time — in combined operations this alone is decisive. Third, materials: implant brand, sutures, compression garments. Fourth, length of hospital stay. Fifth, the follow-up programme: how many checks, over what period. Sixth, revision policy — what is covered and under which conditions.

If you are travelling from abroad

The procedure fee is one part of the total. Length of stay varies by operation and directly determines flights and accommodation; settle this before you book. Whether medical clearance is required before flying, how follow-up will work once you are home, and who to contact if something unexpected happens are all part of the plan. These are the most common sources of unforeseen cost.

What to ask when you request a quote

If you cannot get clear answers to these, that is information in itself. What is included in this price and what is not? How many days in total do I need to stay? Which implant or material will be used? What happens if revision is needed, and under what conditions is it free? How many follow-ups, over how long? Who will perform the surgery — the doctor I am speaking to?

The risk of deciding on price alone

In aesthetic surgery the lowest quote often leads to the most expensive outcome. Revision surgery is technically harder than the first operation and costs more; in some cases the original result cannot be fully undone. Weigh price together with the surgeon’s experience and the revision policy, not on its own.
