Yes, every patient naturally wants that perfect and attractive look. As plastic surgeons, this is essentially what we strive to achieve. Now, there are three important reasons for this. To create the cleavage appearance, three fundamental things must be considered. When these are planned correctly before surgery, achieving this cleavage look is actually not difficult at all. What are these factors? First of all, patient-specific factors are very important. The patient's skin structure, skin thickness, and the thickness of the breast tissue are truly decisive for us. Then, the maneuvers we perform during surgery — the width and boundaries of the pocket we create, the contours of the desired cleavage appearance, and a surgical approach compatible with this — stand out as important factors in order to achieve this look. Thirdly, the brand of the implant used, its surface texture, and of course its volume, and specific implant characteristics, are decisive. Of course, where the implant is placed — whether under the muscle, over the muscle, or under the breast tissue — is also truly important. When all of these are considered and appropriate planning is made for the patient, achieving that beautiful cleavage look is actually not difficult at all. It is perfectly possible.
What Is Breast Augmentation and Who Is It For?
It is for people with genetically small breasts, volume loss after pregnancy/breastfeeding or weight loss, asymmetry or disproportion. The aim is a natural, balanced volume suited to the person’s body proportions.
For marked, lasting volume, a silicone implant is used; for a more modest, natural increase, fat transfer may be preferred. The implant type (round/anatomical), surface and size are chosen individually.
