DAO Botox safe with low dose but very sensitive area. Specific risk:Asymmetric smile - too high/medial injection = depressor labii inferioris or zygomaticus diffusion = lower lip pulling weakness or smile distortion - wait 3-4 months patiently. Botox temporarily relaxes muscle movement to soften expression lines (forehead, between the brows, around the eyes); with the right dose I aim for a lively yet rested look.

Early, regular treatment delays expression lines from becoming permanent wrinkles, which is why it is also chosen preventively.
Who can and cannot have Botox?
